David is a registered Architect with extensive experience in the design of large and complex buildings both nationally and internationally. His highly developed skill set, and in depth understanding of the commercial sector, means he can easily adapt his architectural style to suit any brief and has successfully delivered projects across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, health, industrial, educational and mixed-use projects.

David is highly sought after for his quality assurance and project governance skills where he reviews design work and drawings to ensure they are meeting the brief, thoroughly checks all supporting documentation ensuring it is appropriate for the project and conducts in-depth reviews such as spatial analysis, creative briefs and resource allocation.

As an award-winning Residential Designer David specialises in building dilapidation, BCA audit surveys and alternative design solutions. Drawing on his many years of experience, David is committed to delivering excellence in all facets of architectural master planning, design and documentation.
